What is the loyalty program of FC Dynamo?
"Dynamics" is a loyalty program of FC "Dynamo", where there is an opportunity to receive discounts on the purchase of attributes, participate in drawings of prizes and gifts from the club, receive pleasant bonuses and exclusive privileges from our partners.
How to become a member of the loyalty program?
To participate in the Program, you must register in the personal account or at the checkout in the company store, with confirmation of registration in the Program by verification SMS code to the phone number.
If I already have a registration and a personal account?
If you were previously registered in the Loyalty Program and already have a personal account, re-registration is not required - use your current account in your personal account.
Who can join the loyalty program?

Participation in the Program is voluntary. Any individual aged 18 (eighteen) and older at the time of registration in the Program can become a Participant.

Legal entities and their representatives are not allowed to participate in the Program.

How to upgrade/confirm your status?

Each participant of the loyalty program gets a profile, a personal account and a purchase counter.

To upgrade the status, the participant needs to make purchases for a total amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) rubles. All purchases made on the company's websites https://tickets.fcdm.ru and https://shop.fcdm.ru, as well as contributions to the Endowment Fund are taken into account. Purchases are taken into account only after the authorization of the Loyalty Program participant in the personal account.

To confirm the status, the participant must make purchases for the amount specified in the Loyalty Program Rules during the validity period of his status.

Where can I find the information about my status?
The participant can track the amount of purchases and his status in the personal account. Or request information by sending an email to loyalty@fcdynamo.ru.
What should I do if the purchase amount is not displayed on the account?
If the purchase amount is not displayed in your personal account - write an email to loyalty@fcdynamo.ru, indicating the purchase amount / check date / purchase store.
Where can I find information about current loyalty program promotions?
All relevant information about current promotions and partner offers is posted on Program website in the Events and Partners sections. Also, information about new promotions and offers is sent in e-mail communications.
How to cont ticket purchases at the box office or purchase of attributes at points of sale at VTB Arena on the day of the match?

A participant of the loyalty program can take advantage of a discount and/or offers according to the terms of each promotion. Conditions, validity period and restrictions for each individual promotion may vary. Details are posted on Program website.

The list of companies offering discounts, the amount of discounts and the terms of their provision may change without prior notice. These discounts are not cumulative with other discounts and special offers of these companies.

When paying for goods and services from partner companies, take the initiative and remind the staff to provide you with a discount.

How many times can I use the privileges under the loyalty program?

To credit tickets made at the box office to your personal account or purchase attributes at points of sale at VTB Arena, it is necessary to send a scan (photo) of the check to loyalty@fcdynamo.ru within 3 days from the date of purchase, indicating the email of the loyalty program participant.

Please note that discounts are not provided to loyalty program participants when purchasing tickets at the box office or attributes at points of sale at VTB Arena.
